watched the first two episodes of this. i actually quite like it so far. tone is correct, decent kills, and nice to see Grey Worm do something else, and do it very well. bogosian is great, as always. hope they land this.

guess i never came back to follow-up on the first season. i did finish it, it was enjoyable. couple questionable things for sure, but pretty much nailed the tone. although production has halted on s2 due to the strikes, there is a slight bit of new footage in this teaser:

ok, so i finished s2, and it was way better than the first season. loved the introduction of Armand, and the time spent in Paris here. it just worked so well, and the time spent with the author - including his "twist" (i mean, if you haven't read the books by now, you're probably not going to, so who am i protecting, but there you go) was fucking fantastic. after s1 i was luke warm on whether it should continue, but now at the end of s2, they HAVE to continue. it was a great season, a great ending, and now that the full Bogosian is unleashed, they must continue!! very well-done show that you should watch.
