This is a tale of two movies - the first part, before Burstyn shows up, which is actually pretty good. Then the second part - once Burstyn shows up - is a complete 180 in tone and dumb as all fuck. I don’t know why they felt the need to try to tie her into this only to allow her presence to make them all forget they had to also make a good film. Because of this, it’s fucking terrible. Believe what you’ve heard - don’t bother with it, it’s just not good, sadly. And I wanted to like it.
