HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" has one of the most unique release schedules of any series, with creator and star Larry David not committed to a specific schedule. As a result, he can essentially deliver a new season whenever he pleases.

It has been four years since the most recent season, the eighth, hit screens. Now though it seems that David is finally ready to return for more as reportedly show scribe Jeff Schaffer recently met with Larry David and that talk of both a new season and a movie were discussed.

That report comes from sports radio DJ Chris Law through his Twitter feed. It follows on from comments last month by HBO president Michael Lombardo at the TCA Summer Press Tour where he revealed that David had teased him about a new season.

When might we see either of these things if they were to go ahead? David is the only one who would know the answer to that at this point.
