Shea O'Brien Foley, a former production assistant at Lucasfilm, has been arrested and charged with 13 counts of felony theft in connection with the disappearance of some $450,000 worth of Star Wars material, including a DVD of Star Wars: Episode II -- Attack of the Clones that was allegedly passed on to Harry Knowles' Ain't It Cool News website two months before the movie debuted in theaters, according to the Marin Independent Journal. The newspaper said that Foley also allegedly took scores of sound effects, storyboard images, the film score and hundreds of digital images and other video files. Meanwhile, director Shekhar Kapur expressed surprise at seeing a DVD copy of his movie The Four Feathers, which reportedly was being bootlegged in London weeks before the movie was released theatrically. "This is amazing," he told the London Sunday Observer. "The only thing that tells me [it is fake] is that they have spelled my name wrong." The newspaper said that the DVD had been bought at a London market for $7.50.
