I really heard next to nothing when it came to new music. I did like the releases by Megadeth, Opeth, John Carpenter, and Iggy Pop. The new ones by Metallica and Testament were enjoyable, if not all that memorable.

Update: I'm four tracks into the new Anthrax, and it's not bad.
